1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SALA — Safe-Load Analytics platform and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law and comply with EU regulations applicable in the EEA.
2. Platform Use
SALA is provided for professional occupational health and safety management purposes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Norwegian occupational safety legislation.
- You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
- Access credentials are personal and must not be shared
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Data submitted must be accurate and lawfully obtained
3. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, software, branding, and materials on the SALA platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Safe-Load Analytics / Paulo Fernando de Barros. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
SALA provides biomechanical risk analysis as a decision-support tool. It does not replace professional medical advice, occupational health assessments, or legal compliance reviews. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safe-Load Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vestfold og Telemark, Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
